The Evacuation Assistant tool demonstrates the rapidly growing demand for solutions that can help companies validate who is onsite in the event of an emergency.
After talking to emergency workers WhosOnLocation.com became aware of many instances where visitor books are left behind at reception when the alarm to evacuate sounded, safety and floor wardens could not clear the floor due to damage, and employee records of who is onsite were inaccessible from outside the building. Today we are pleased to announce the release of the WhosOnLocation Evacuation Assistant tool.
1: WhosOnLocation Evacuation Reporting
Users can access the Evacuation Report from any internet enabled device. Meaning you don't have to print the evacuation report from the situation of risk.
2: Evacuation Buddy
The Evacuation Buddy enables any location to send their evacuation report to another party. A 'party' can be another organization geographically located close to your own OR another branch or office of your organization.
3: Evacuation SMS Head Count
The Evacuation SMS Head Count enables Administrators and Receptionists to activate an SMS alert to floor wardens and safety officers that assists them to reconcile the number of people onsite with the actual number in the assembly points.
