Do I need to download any software?

No. There is no software to download. WhosOnLocation is available and accessed via the internet. It is a SaaS (Cloud) solution.

What does SaaS or Cloud services mean?

Software as a service (SaaS), sometimes referred to as "on-demand software," is a software delivery model in which software and its associated data are hosted centrally (typically in the (Internet) cloud) by the vendor, in this case Locatingus. Users access the software using a web browser over the Internet.

How do you provide support?

Yes. All users have access to our online Helpdesk. In the Helpdesk users will find user guides, tutorials, FAQ's, and other useful papers. Users can also submit support tickets via the Helpdesk, and request new features via the community forum . The Helpdesk is supported 24 x 7.

What does it cost?

WhosOnLocation Licenses are based on the number of locations you will deploy it to plus the number of visitors you forecast at each location. License Fees are available on request. However plans start from as little as $350.00 per annum (plus GST / VAT) for small business with less than 1000 visitors per year. Other plans are available on request.

Do WhosOnLocation Add-ons cost extra?

Document Storage Add-on

The Document Storage Add-on includes 1GB of storage FREE. Thereafter a small annual fee applies for every additional 5GB's.

Online Induction Management Add-on

Online Induction Management has an annual fee starting from $1200.00 per annum (plus GST / VAT) for a single location. There are additional Induction Management Add-on plans available on request for multi-site users.

Other Add-ons

Free of Charge (Asset Management, ID Card Management)

Are support fees extra?

Online support is included in your Annual WhosOnLocation License Fee.

Can I see a Demo of WhosOnLocation?

Yes! Use the Request a Demo button located in the footer of all pages on our website. Alternately send us a request via the Contact Us page. Online Demos are facilitated via Go-To-Meeting and are arranged at your convienience with one of our Who Customer Support team. They will contact you shortly after you submit the Request a Demo. During the demo you will be taken through the key features. You can also ask the Who Customer Support demonstrator to show you any Add-on plus of course ask questions.

Can I trial WhosOnLocation?

Yes! We offer all prospective users a 30 Day Trial. Just use the Contact Us link on our website to request a free trial

How much does a Trial cost?

It's free and there is no obligation on you to proceed to becoming a licensed user after the Trial finishes.
